Pop Up Screens

In creating 18amy, I choose to respect you the member and not barrage  you with pop up screens that can both annoy you or sometimes even lock up your computer by taking you right outside of my site without your wanting to go, then making you re-set your computer, all just to see some stupid ad for usually ...crap. The MEMBERS AREA of 18amy will never have a pop up screen in it.

Thus I ask you to please support my decision and support me by clicking through  to my sponsors and advertisers banners in my links section and throughout the site, and please visit some of my quality girlfriends on your way out of 18amy.com.

Mail

Any member found to be harassing myself, or any other member of this site will be immediately and permanently barred form this site without refund.

Any forms of hateful, abusive, violent or racist types of email will immediately  without hesitation be reported to the sender's e-mail provider. Any surface mail of the same content will be likewise reported to both the U.S Postmaster and/or local law enforcement.

Model Compliance

This site is in full compliance with all requirements of U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 pertaining to the publication of photography and film in an electronic media. Signed model releases including accompanying photo ID are on file with and securely kept with the site administrator for all images not exempted by statutes in order to totally comply with United States federal law.

Product Orders

For any products that you order from this site, YOU are responsible for knowing the laws in your state or country. Any orders that are restricted by your locale will NOT  be refunded.

All U.S orders of "personal items" from my store are shipped by First Class U.S Mail. All North American video orders of my videos are by UPS or Fed Ex for security. Shipping prices are on the video order page. Foreign orders are shipped via Air Mail.

Are my purchases discreetly packaged?

Absolutely, I package things for you like I would want them packaged for myself    (hey that was hint for if you send me something!) Seriously, no one wants funny  looks from their postman or inquisitive neighbor so discretion is assured and    your privacy totally respected! Everything we send out is packaged in regular shipping wrap or envelopes without a hint of explicitness with the return address simply being my P.O Box. So rest easy and enjoy your purchase!

Will you sell my email or personal information?

No and it never will be. I like you, am just a regular everyday person and I hate  this “sell out at any cost corporate trend”. I feel it violates not just your privacy but also a sell out of simple trust and respect for others. This is the type of thing I am trying to bring back with this site, one that can be different and respect you!

Credit Card Joining Support & Help

This help section will cover issues with possible errors you are making while entering your information or possible problems with your credit card. It may be as simple as an error you are making in entering data. Please ready below for help. E-mail help and phone help is available as well if needed. We are here to help!

The following are common error messages that you may receive if your credit card cannot be processed. Approvals and errors are issued by the Banking Network; they are not controlled by CC Bill.

  • Invalid Card: Please do not put any spaces between the card numbers when entering them into the field. Also be sure to input the correct CVV2 number. These tips should resolve the issue
  • Invalid Name: Please do not type a period after your middle initial. Do not use numbers, only letters are permitted. The name must exactly match the information that is printed on the credit card. Your information is discretely billed and kept both private and confidential so please enter it accurately
  • Rejected Too Many Times: You need to wait 24 hours before subscribing to the site again. This credit card has been blocked from signup's.
  • Declined At Pre-Auth: CCBill is declining the sign up; please click to email fraud@ccbill.com to assist you and resolve this issue.
  • Bank Bin # Blocked: We currently do not process transactions from banks within this region due to the possibility of high-risk in charge backs.
  • Exceeded Usage Limits: This credit card shows excessive usage. If you still have credit left on your credit card, you may receive this message because you have used it for several Internet transactions on the same day. The same card may be approved at a later date.
  • Card Declined at Pre-Auth: This credit card has been rejected. It is considered high-risk based on address verification, usage patterns and history. Make sure that the address you listed corresponds to the billing address that is listed with your credit card company. A history of charge backs and refund requests does result in a credit card being blocked for many Internet sales.
  • Sale Declined by Credit Card Network: The banking network rejected the sale. Try using the card again later, blocks by the network are usually resolved/removed in a day or so.
  • Invalid Fields: A card number/type that is not supported or other invalid information has been submitted
  • Card Declined - Blocked: This credit card is blocked by the processor per customer's request or for fraudulent usage.
  • Declined Due to Charge Backs: This credit card has a charge back history. A card with a charge back history will not be accepted.

If you are still having difficulty you can call CC Bill directly at 1-800-510-2859 and as well email my webmaster hubby at join_problem@18amy.com
